    I was generally very happy with my experience, and everyone was lovely. However, I feel it is important to express my disappointment regarding a significant issue. I had booked well in advance and notified the team that my wife is gluten intolerant. Yet, upon arrival, there was no meal prepared for her, and she was even given a fruit salad as a starter, which felt completely inappropriate. This oversight made my wife feel excluded. I had provided ample notice about her dietary needs, and I had even received confirmation of it via email. Given this, I was quite confused and upset that no proper arrangements were made for her.
