Lovely place to unwind and escape the crowds. We sat outside in the peaceful garden under the trees and I had a lovely hot, freshly-baked scone with homemade raspberry jam and cream while hubby enjoyed a Mango Tango smoothie - not my obvious choice at a tea garden but he was glad! ;) I have to return to explore the little pathway leading to the stream!

What a gem. We really enjoyed our first visit to Little Stream as a family. The kids (big and small) thoroughly enjoyed exploring the gardens and the food, coffees and milkshakes were delicious.

Little Stream Tea Garden Cafe responded on Tue 10 Sep 24:
Good morning, Sherilyn thank you for your review, was lovely having you and your family at Little Stream, hope to see you all soon:)

I was angry. Had tried to book by telephone, but no reply for 3 days. Eventually booked for the Sunday roast lunch online and received confirmation. On arrival, the manager in charge said that there was no roast. Nobody had bothered to change the website or phone me when I booked on the luncheon link that there was no roast. Seated at a small table where the plastic flaps were open so we froze. We decided to walk out and never return. We had driven from Sea Point on a rainy day and the outcome was unacceptable. Our breakfast was tasty, but it took a long time to be served, so it was ice cold.

Didn’t get to eat as they messed up the booking and the staff were too overwhelmed to try to make a plan. Very disappointing experience.
