    Dear Shivani We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback. However, it seems there has been no clear explanation of the issue, making it difficult for us to fully understand or address your concerns. Typically, any complaint would be brought to the attention of the manager on duty so that we can resolve it in a timely manner. Getting 1 star ratings is highly unlikely after the 13 years of business we have been in . We encourage you, in the future, to speak directly with the manager, as this will allow us to assist you more effectively. Providing unclear feedback or not addressing the issue directly helps no one and may be perceived as unconstructive and seems almost done witha malice intention to the business with no clear explanation . If you would like to send a mail and deal with the matter in a correct way that would be appreciated.     Serving alcohol to a guest who specifically asked for a mocktail, and it was repeated no alcohol! Is a huge offense, managers need to stop and think clearly about how they select their words when dealing with guests! Even though you guys didn’t want us to pay, we still left the cash. Thank you for not respecting peoples religious and personal views.

    Had a wonderful evening. They were very busy and service was slow initially (waited 10min and then had to ask for menus). Service was excellent thereafter.

    Was our first time visiting La Piazza, and I was pleasantly surprised! From the moment we walked in until we paid the bill, the service was phenomenal. Our dinner was to celebrate my daughter and husband's birthdays, which were two days apart. Thanks to La Piazza and staff for a wonderful experience. You will most definitely see us again.
