    Christmas Day I booked a table for 4. My guests and I arrived promptly and we were ushered by the ‘hostess’ to a tiny table (I presume it was a table for 2). I immediately requested the hostess and waitress assigned that they add another small table for my guests and I to sit comfortably but I was ignored and later they claimed they were fully booked. Our food was served on this cramped table, none of us enjoyed eating on a cramped table and it Dampened the mood ! Mind you through out our time in the restaurant there were several tables that were supposedly ‘reserved’ but not in use at the time. Food was unspectacular. At the end of it all they had the audacity to add 10% tip to my bill after the subpar service. Not a single staff offered apology for the situation. Instead hostess rudely telling me there’s nothing wrong with the set up and there’s nothing they can do. Really? La Parada NM Square you can do better. I regret that I booked this place for my. Christmas lunch. You ruined my vibe.

    Everything else was great except for the service. meals were taking too long, the waitress was not paying enough attention to us. Maybe when it's busy, it would help to not give them too many tables
