    When we arrived, we were told that the upstairs section is closed fir no reason. We were then escorted to a seat at the side of the restaurant near the toilets and passage. I s immediately felt lime we were being pushed on one corner and it made felt special even though this was a special occasion. We have ate at this restaurant before but the service is not the same anymore. We actually just left to go to another restaurant where we jad proper 5 star standards of service. The host was rude when we asked to be seated upstairs as if how dare we ask that. Very very disappointed

    Valentines dinner ruined by the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered in my whole life. A lady named Pontso at Kream on our arrival gave us a really bad attitude when we were trying to explain how bad the traffic was coming into Montecasino that led to us being late, she was so quick to say " I will give you your refund like I just did with the people who were in front of you in the queue" , we insisted we need to get in as we booked and paid the deposit her answer was we need to go somewhere or come back at 9:30 which was 2: 30 hours later, we disagreed and sat by the couches in front and 30mins later we were given a table. To Pontso you shouldn't have been in the hospitality industry if this is how you treat customers, you have created a toxic environment for your colleagues as well, we could see how they are so scared of her because of her controlling behavior and bad attitude. The other colleagues even apologized to us but she didn't seem to care, our whole evening was ruined because of her bad treatment, every time we have to go to Kream from now on we will have second thoughts, customer service comes first in every business. To the management I wonder how much money you lost that day because of your employee who pushes to give refunds because of people being late. This lady even gave us the wrong bill and deducted 300 from our receipt when we paid 450, so ignorant.

    I never got the real kream expirience i always got, i was there with my new girlfriend, and i recommend kream over everything but was highly dispointed. The food was below avarage, the table was located where she could not get kream expirience and morethan anything we couldn't wait to leave. I wish she never experienced kream like that for the first time hope next time will be better
