The Kleine Zalze Restaurant and Wine tasting centre together offer a holistic Kleine Zalze integrated food and wine experience.
Well-known and respected chef Nic van Wyk leads the team at the restaurant and the focus is on timeless, honest, generous, and authentic cooking. Not necessarily fine dining but certainly top-quality delicious food.

Our brand-new Taste, Explore, Relax menu that will run daily from Monday to Saturday will offer you, our guest not only a selection of new dishes but also the choice of the portion size that you would like to enjoy. Taste – think tapas, Explore – similar to a starter or light lunch, and Relax – a traditional main course. All of these options are of course naturally and easily paired with a glass or bottle of Kleine Zalze wine.

Our relaxed, set 4 course, Sunday lunches with friends and family is a tradition that is shared and enjoyed all over the world.

    The wine tasting was so good. Lovely wines. The cheese platter was a hit. Definitely a place to visit over and over again! The view and scenery is magnificent!

    Very disappointed. Three of us, about 6 or so different dishes. Not one good. Pork belly as example was just chunks of smoked pork, cold, no crispy bits etc. I think the chef is trying to put an individual stamp on all the dishes - but we just didn’t enjoy anything.
