Inspired by The Oyster Boxs original, architecture with four magnificent tole and ceramic chandeliers purchased from the Savoy Hotel in London, natural sunlight and towering Palms, The Palm Court is the venue for the legendary High Tea each afternoon. Its also a favourite meeting spot for casual dining.

High Tea is a lengthy, leisurely affair with live piano music providing a welcome addition to the occasion. All pastries and baked goods are prepared on the property by our wonderful pastry team. The high tea table is a visual and taste spectacle of sumptuous treats, with everything from freshly baked scones, pastries, quiches and cakes, to finger sandwiches and savouries.

    I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Oyster Box, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the impeccable service , the most exquisite food and stunning atmosphere set the tone for a truly memorable experience.

    The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our waiter was lovely! And of course the food was delicious. Coming to the Oyster Box is always such a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

    Thank you. What an incredible experience! We felt like royalty from the time we arrived until the time we left. There was a good balance of sweet and savoury eats. The samoosas and chilli bites were divine. And our waiter was a perfect host.

    Was great as always - just missed the chicken liver pate we used to have at the High Tea! Service was a bit down but that was due to how busy it was with an extra large travel group joining late.

    Loved the experience. The pianist playing softly in the background added to the ambience. Suggestion that the pianist includes a few well known musical or movie themes in her existing repertoire. Thank you for a memorable spoiling afternoon.
