Set in the farm’s original wine cellar, built circa-1870, the Hazendal Wine Lounge is a beautifully refurbished venue for visitors to discover the cellar’s terroir-driven range of wines. From deep-buttoned Harrington sofas at the eye-catching fireplace to the striking copper-clad bar, classic and contemporary touches combine in a single elegant space.

We offer our Heritage range as well as Hazendal Estate range for tasting along with our Cap Classique Blanc de Blanc and Blanc de Noir

    I think we were misdirected to The Deli instead of the Restaurant bht we still had a great meal and great time.

    We really enjoyed the experience. Would have liked some of the food to be warm. The Citrus Serenade was delicious. The roasted pork belly bao was nice. We struggled a bit with the tuna tartare. The grapefruit was quite overpowering. The surf and turf was nice but that curry was amazing. It went well with the dish and it complemented the wine. The refresher was one of the highlights of the experience. The duck was well cooked but the nori mushrooms want our taste. We really enjoyed the cabernet sauvignon. The chef did an excellent job with the wagyu beef slider and potatoes that he prepared in the library. The dessert was delightful. Overall a wonderful experience. The service was excellent and Afilikle was a magnificent host.
