A classic cocktail lounge, restaurant and boutique bar.

It is located upstairs overlooking 61 Harrington Street. The open panoramic windows give one a real visual of the neighbourhood and provides the perfect perch on which to sit, relax and wallow with one of our tasty libations, craft cocktails or tantalising tapas.

Expect beautifully polished wooden accents, windows, velvet bottle service booths, dedicated smoking lounge and a boutique DJ booth geared up for late evening revelry. This is a cool environment with a distinct air of sophistication.

    It was my first time at Herrington’s, chose this for my birthday dinner with friends and family. Everything was perfect, for the first time I have no complaints when it came to the impacable service and food. Our waitress was phenomenal and so kind. Thank you Herrington’s team, I will most definitely be back.

    Absolutely fabulous evening! One of my favorite places, food, music, staff, everything was wonderful. Special shout out to our server Tristan, he was wonderful and gave us incredible service!!

    Good day, we had a really good time at Harringtons with your Wine Wednesday dinner however there’s a few things that were worth mentioning . I had booked the booth for two on dineplan however upon arrival we were sat at a couch, I asked why not at the open booth but the lady stated that is was booked and they don’t seat people of less than 4 however there were two other booth tables that had couples so that was weird. I let it go but my partner ended up asking our waiter that came what was going on and letting him know once again we paid and made the booking prior. And if that was the case why would dineplan then take my booking as such? He ended up moving us which I really appreciated as it would’ve been hard to eat where we were initially sat. Just to note that no one came in after us to more so prove that it was not fully booked as the hostess said it was. Regardless of that we had a good time still. The other thing as a wine drinker I would’ve liked to have the wine tasting be done wine by wine according to the pamphlet given to us, it worked out well as I only had my white wine as I was eating my fish main dish in between the reds however, had I ordered the ribeye it would’ve defeated the purpose and that’s just me speaking on the experience of the wine tasting. We ended up having good conversations with Christiaan from Beyerskloof which I appreciate the time he spent regardless of how busy he was the entire night. Once again, the special is amazing and good value for money, the food was great including the spicy lamb ribs (perhaps they could’ve been spicier but that’s just preference). Overall a good night even with recommendations of where to go afterwards ;)

    Visited Harringtons for the first time, greeted and seated by our wonderful waitress, Yaya. Who was immediately engaging and upbeat even though Harringtons was surprisingly quiet for the time we visited. She explained the happy hour special as well as recommending cocktails and meals. Cocktails were lovely, and all of the various dishes were wonderful and great value for money, in our opinion. Yaya was excellent throughout the evening and was constantly checking in on us. I would love to visit when the place is packed and the atmosphere is festive. Would most certainly recommend and return in the future, thanks Yaya
