    We had a lovely meal for two on the veranda. We both had the delicious mussels to start, then I had the kingklip special and my wife had the yellowfin: both were fabulous. We also shared a very good bottle of lightly packed Chardonnay - also good. The service was impeccable. We would definitely visit again.

    This is a great venue and food was very good but not as hot as it should have been or could have been. Service was not very attentive or fast. 25 min to get drink orders and basic dinning service by all staff not to the standard of the prices that was paid. I am refering to stretching over customers and bumping my guests. As Hospitality profecinals ourselfs 4 of the 7 guests it was sad to see how the management "sweat the space" you want to use ever sqm to generate revenue, that is great but cramping tables in so you can not move between tables just to increase seating is not cool. Waiters and customers could hardly move between tables. Rather have a set 2 seating system and take bookings to have the 2 seating times 630 to 830 and 830 to close as an example so you take out a table or two. Service will be faster and customers will be much more comfortable. I have no problem paying but I like to have a valued memorable exspensive for what I paid.

    We had to request serviettes, cutlery and wet wipes. Table not laid properly. Requested sparkling but received still water. We seemed to wait a long time for drinks. Had to remind about the wine order and only 2 different Rose bottles available. Much preferred Harbour House at Kalk Bay. Seemed to be run much better.

    We ordered 3 portions of king klip and got 3 very small pieces of fish - definitely over priced.
