    We had a fabulous Christmas Eve dinner at Grub & Vine! Such a special evening. Everything was delicious and festive. We especially loved the tuna and venison dishes. Patronella was exceptionally warm and welcoming, and she made our experience even more fun. Thank you!

    The cheapest Savvy B is now R550 (I think Cape Point Vineyards). The Ataraxia is R850 a bottle - retails for around R120. On arrival we were told that since we were late, we would have to rush our meal because the next sitting was arriving at 9. Our booking was for 7 and it was 2 mins after when we received this admonishing reception

    We visit Cape Town every year and always enjoy sone amazing food and service. This was not one of those times. We arrived to find that the Green Room was only offering an expensive tasting menu....not advised at the time of booking and paying deposit. We needed to move tables into the bar area which was difficult to eat on tiny tables and with loud live music. Service was mixed and the food was most definitely average. Would not recommend and definitely would not return.
