Our signature restaurant, Granita, offers a fine dining experience with innovative dishes created by our executive chef and complimented by a multi award- winning wine list.

At Granita, the focus is on fresh organic produce provided by local farmers and producers featuring a selection of home-grown vegetables and fruit from the estate.

Our chef uses the finest local and seasonal ingredients, to create a fresh fusion of flavours that offers diners a five-star culinary experience. The Granita Wine Cellar is ideal for small, more intimate private gatherings and can accommodate up to 12 people.

In additional to our carefully created fine dining a la carte menu we offer diners an option to pre book our seven course Gourmet Dinner menu. This delectable menu changes seasonally to include the freshest local produce available. Each course has been carefully paired with a select wine from our award-winning wine list.

    My partner and I had a wonderful time. Our waitress Nthabiseng took good care of us. Even the Chef went around asking guests about their food experiences. Good touch from the restaurant.

    My sister and I had such a lovely experience. From start to finish, everything was spot on. The food was absolutely delicious, each dish was full of flavour and beautifully presented. The wine selection paired nicely with our meals. And the service wonderful. Ntabiseng was attentive, warm, and made us feel really welcome. Highly recommend!
