Our signature restaurant, Granita, offers a fine dining experience with innovative dishes created by our executive chef and complimented by a multi award- winning wine list.

At Granita, the focus is on fresh organic produce provided by local farmers and producers featuring a selection of home-grown vegetables and fruit from the estate.

Our chef uses the finest local and seasonal ingredients, to create a fresh fusion of flavours that offers diners a five-star culinary experience. The Granita Wine Cellar is ideal for small, more intimate private gatherings and can accommodate up to 12 people.

In additional to our carefully created fine dining a la carte menu we offer diners an option to pre book our seven course Gourmet Dinner menu. This delectable menu changes seasonally to include the freshest local produce available. Each course has been carefully paired with a select wine from our award-winning wine list.

    I enjoyed my three-course lunch. I was actually served five dishes. The chef was kind to let me know that the T-bone steak that I had ordered wasn’t good enough for her to serve me, I then chose the curry prawns, mmmmmhh so delicious. The waitress was friendly. I have enjoyed the estate wine, because it’s bad manners to go to a wine estate and not taste their wine. I would definitely go back for lunch or dinner.

    In spite of our confirmed reservation being for 3pm to 6pm. We were informed upon arrival that the kitchen closes at 3pm and we would be expected to vacate at 5pm due to a function scheduled for 6pm. We abruptly canceled our reservation and went elsewhere. First visit and probably the last.

    I was made to pay again as they said that payment wasnt received i did chek my bank and the online payment did go through on the 24th at19:20 please resolve this issue kind regards Justin

    Eve though it's a package deal, you should still feel it''s value for money - the steak was excellent, but very small and my vegetables were just warm, but the biggest 'thing' for us was that you're expecting to have a lovely evening enjoying the ambience and then you have a table who are very loud and rowdy, yes they are also entitled to enjoy themselves, but not to the extent that other patrons are looking and commenting about the loudness - we were not the only table who were unhappy about this and management could/should have asked them to be mindful of the other patrons who were also entitled to enjoy themselves too, and especially when you have come from afar!!
