Gigi Rooftop is a buzzing restaurant and bar located on the 6th floor of the Gorgeous George Hotel. The bar has everything from signature cocktails, to age-old classics, both being meticulously crafted by their in-house mixologists. The restaurant serves a take on modern classics, but with a focus on seasonality and sustainability, think casual cuisine but with a twist! They believe knowing where our food comes from is as important as the food itself, with attention being placed on local, ethically-sourced produce from artisanal cheese, pasture-reared beef to fully-traceable and line-caught fish. The vibe is infectious, join for lunch, stay for dinner, with live music and DJ’s almost every day of the week. GiGi Rooftop is a living room for the neighbourhood and you’re invited.

    The service was poor I had to constantly get up to call the waiter and pay my bill yet they kept on checking on other tables near me. Maybe it’s because I was dining solo, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone dining solo cause you will struggle for attention

    So grateful to our wonderful server Taylor. She even helped my dad with stretches after he experienced muscle spasms. She was so such a joy to experience and meet!

    Great food and vibe however there was only 1 waiter servicing the entire section indoors! Causing for slow service and lack of attention.

    The ambiance, from the decor and well appointed furniture, as well as the customer service, from the amiability to efficiency of the staff - is simply amazing. Not to mention the drinks and food are definitely superb. There is enough in the menu to satisfy vegetarians, seafood lovers, and meat aficionados, with each morsel looking like edible food art which is reminiscent of "global fusion." The bar is something else and honestly - this is not just a dining experience ... it is otherworldly and mind blowing. A must experience!
