    I had a pleasant dining experience overall. The ambience was great—warm and inviting, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal. Our orders arrived on time, and the food was good, meeting expectations in both taste and presentation. However, I felt that the attention to customers was not consistent. While some tables seemed to receive excellent service, others, including ours, felt a bit overlooked at times. A little more attentiveness from the staff would have made the experience even better.

    Their pasta was unseasoned and the creamy pasta was too rich made me nauseas when I got home and the steak fillet in it was over cooked. The hake had bones on one end. The waitress got one of our orders wrong and then tried to argue with me, I then re ordered the correct item and I paid for both dishes after eating them and enjoying them. When the bill came we paid the full bill plus a 7% gratuity it was two adults and a minor. Brought the tip down due to how she handled the order situation gaslighting me. She then proceeded to ask why we undertipped, tip is not mandatory it’s a kind gesture and she knows very well she handled the situation wrong earlier. She’s put me off the restaurant and I’ve been several times since it opened raving about it to everyone. This experience did not cut it for me. I did not report this to the manager for her sake I’m sure she needs the job.
