    Was not treated with the best Welkom at front desk. Felt like I was a problem for the staff , but they put on a good show . Said the right things but still did not feel welkom

    Massive problem with the entry code to.enter zimbali complex lead to us being stranded at the south gate for 40mins... instead of starting our year end meal. Very frustrating thaf they don't have a manual override in place with their security app is not working at the restaurant. Once we actually got to enter the restaurant we were well taken care of and good we chose fireroom.
