    One of the best afternoons I've had at Fireroom in awhile. I have also never been to your Castle Gate branch and the atmosphere of Christmas was truly amazing. I will be returning....very soon!!!!

    The service was pathetic ! I had to go and find the waiter twice and had to call the manager to assist with orders. Please get quality staff and let me know before i visit again. Please look at my bill and you will agree.
