    The waitresses left us unattended to show us where is the buffet and to attend to us of the drinks options. They just stood at the entrance tot minding us until we called them.

    The waiters were definitely not paying attention, we had to send for our waiter everytime we needed services, including bringing our white wine without an ice bucket, and just leaving it there in the scotch heat, again we had to scout for somebody who could save us here. For an establishment like this to get disappointing service like that, was horrific. It was our first time and our expectation were very high, and you can imagine our impression now about the restaurant.

    The Sushi had a lot of rice you really had to chew. It was really not the best sushi I have had.

    Really disappointed in the sushi event. Tasted like day old sushi. There was no low sodium soy sauce. Butter chicken sushi - what is that?? Nice place to be but the service is also quite shocking, and it wasn’t even full.

    The atmosphere was stunning and the presentation lovely. The staff did their best to manage the flies. The salmon, tuna and prawn was fresh however the balance between the rice and fish was not in harmony. There was far too much rice. Did not enjoy the chicken sushi and one other(unsure of the filling) Sushi lacked bold flavour. Not the best sushi I've had but good enough for an average sushi experience.

    We unfortunately did not enjoy the experience and it was not worth the value. Food - average (too much rice and very little other flavours) Drinks - Took very long, waiter did not bring ice with the wine. When water was put on the table, it was just put down, not opened nor served. Wine Bucket was just put next to the table and not served. Had to walk to the bar to get ice, they did not want to assist. asked multiple waiters for ice, nobody was willing to help. Ambience - No music at all, just chatter noise. Waiters kept on opening the door next to our table then the curtain blew all over our table, they will leave the door open and not apologize. We were not impressed at all and we will not return either.

    We Had high expectations, the sushi wasn’t the best, no ambiance…. I think the ad should specifically say sushi Lunch, we thought it’s an event.
