    Brilliant evening, my Irish gusts loved it and commented on what great service Nkosi gave us. They decided they would stay at the Erinvale Hotel during their next trip to SA

    We arrived at 6pm with the intention of having a relatively early birthday dinner for a group of 11. It took 45 minutes to get our first drinks order sorted and it appeared the staff were new and struggling with the POS. Then food ordering was also delayed and we didn’t finish mains until 21:00. Clearing of plates would be sporadic and stop half way through leaving half the table clear and the other half messy. Drinks orders were also slow. Though the food was fantastic the experience was let down by a lack of staff. The staff member was however fantastic under pressure and even sung happy birthday to my wife beautifully! The experience would have been better if there were more staff working for a full restaurant to handle the capacity though the staff did well to cope but this isn’t the first time we’ve had serious delays at the restaurant
