    We were a group of friends who had a delightful time! Two friends had fillet, two enjoyed poke bowls and three of us had the hake. All delicious!! The chocolate mouse cake and chocolate creme brûlée was decadent and so tasty!! A real joy!!

    We go every Monday for Dinner to the Hotel. Yesterday the service was great like always but the food was not good at all. The main dishes were all cold, the noodles cold and not tasty, the steak cold and the salad without dressing, the restaurant was too full and the kitchen was maybe under too much stress.

    Marguarite was excellent with the booking, There was only one waiter to take the orders of 21 people, cake and tea took take very long to come, the pumpken cheesecake was not nice at all, but all the other cakes was vas nice and beautifully decorated

    Even on a breezy evening in Somerset West it was very calm and pleasant on the beautiful Oak Terrace. We enjoyed great wines and good food. Our cheerful waitress advised the Kingklip with prawns and curry, a perfect dish! We had a lovely evening .
