Tim and Judy have an extensive background in the hospitality industry and have always believed in the community of sharing and celebrating. In this way, the perfectly balanced menu has been designed in small plates that can be ordered and shared.     Cannot complain about any aspect except no corkage allowed but I know that's the whole of Uitsig. The food was absolutely delicious.
