    The place is beautiful, but the service was disappointing. I made a reservation through the Dine Plan website, where there was no option to make a booking payment. My reservation was confirmed successfully. However, when my partner and I arrived at the restaurant, we were welcomed and seated outside. In the middle of our meal, we were abruptly asked to finish quickly because the table was supposedly reserved for someone else. This was frustrating—how could the table be reserved for another guest when we had also made a reservation? The staff should have informed us before taking our order, so we could have avoided the inconvenience altogether.

    Our waiter could have explained the ingredients clearly, he did not sound very knowledgeable, but overall stunning sit with beautiful views, definitely coming back

    Majority of the menu was not suitable for people who are lactose intolerant which was a let down. Also didn’t like my old fashioned cocktail.

    Possibly the worst run restaurant I've been to. Terrible service. Staff clearly need more training. A fork fell on the ground with one of the guests next to us and the waiters ignored it. The bartender had to tell them cutlery had fell and they need to change it. No awareness. Waiter kept forgetting things we ordered. Wasn't properly trained on the food and drinks, only concerned about you getting more things on the menu. No descriptions on their "signature cocktails". Waiter didn't know how to describe them. Small tables so our food and drinks couldn't fit on the table. If you sit on the balcony outside area, eating is tricky. Only recommended small snacks and plates if you do sit there. Food isn't that great. Mains were okay. Had to send food back because it was cold. Our sashimi platter wasn't great. Fish wasn't fresh. Tasted cured. Salmon wasn't the freshest. No accoutrements to go with it. No lime or lemon, shiso leaf for example or some sort of ponzu or soy to go with it. Preference I guess. Saving grace was the classic cocktails as they were done right. And the cook on the beef was good. KingKlip was on the under side of cooked. And adding a 12% gratuity on the bill with two people doesn't make it good. It's my discretion. Not the restaurants. 12% is for big groups for 6 people or more. If you worried about aesthetic more with your dining experience, then it's the place. But if you concerned about excellent service, efficiency, ambience, value for the price, menu flexibility, high quality food, then I would say it's not for you. Would only recommend the bar if you having after work drinks or a quick in and out. Experience wise, not the greatest

    I visited this establishment recently, and while the waitress who attended to us was lovely, attentive, and kind, I cannot overlook the racial profiling we experienced. We got up to take pictures of ourselves, being mindful not to invade anyone’s privacy or disrupt others. There were two people at the bar, us at the table outside, and another small group at the far end of the restaurant. Behind and around us, none of the other tables were occupied. Shortly after, the waitress informed us that her manager said we could only take one picture, and only if she took it for us. She explained the policy, and we complied without issue. However, later on, we witnessed two white women taking pictures at various locations without being approached or stopped. At that moment, it became clear that this was more than just a policy, it was a racial microaggression. It’s disappointing to experience this kind of treatment, especially as someone who lives nearby and wouldn’t have even known about this restaurant if not for a TikToker promoting it. We, as patrons, often give restaurants free exposure, and in return, we’re treated like this? It’s unacceptable. To add insult to injury, the restaurant automatically added a 12% tip to the bill. What exactly are we tipping for? Poor treatment? (Don’t get it twisted-I have no issue with tipping. Our waitress absolutely deserved it.) Again, I want to stress that the waitress was wonderful and was simply doing her job. My issue lies with the discriminatory policies and management’s behavior. It’s 2025, and as a nation that prides itself on diversity and unity, this kind of behavior has no place. We were well-behaved, modestly dressed, and respectful throughout our visit-what more do you want from us? Do better. Stop with the racism. It’s not cute. Let ALL people be.
