    Service was excellent! The waiter Sam was exceptionally knowledgeable although he was sometimes difficult to understand as he tried to pronounce some really difficult words and terminology which is completely understandable. The training of these waiters need to be complicated. My rating of the food is based on a table of four’s experience which included two teenagers. I loved every plate, my partner liked most and the teenagers flipped in and out. I do not think it’s fair to then criticize the kitchen. Plating was exceptional and as I said, I loved the flavours. The wine pairings were exceptional!

    We found the restaurant to be very inflexible in accommodating special wishes. Hence it was not possible to have one person getting the full Menü and another only the four dishes menu. Also changing the starter to a main dish was not possible. The waiter however was exceptionally helpful. Lastly, we would expect that tips payed by credit card are going to the waiter.
