    The worst service. We booked for the well publicized high tea however, when we arrived for our reservation we were then informed that the high tea was cancelled. We were not notified by the eatery prior to our arrival. We then agreed to have the lunch buffet, unfortunately this did not make the experience any better. Some of the dishes put out where finished, we had to wait more than an hour for a refill as "the kitchen was still preparing the food". The lamb roast was so tough that you could barely even cut or chew it. There was no apology or attempt to rectify this from the restaurant. The dessert was appalling. We were served a jelly and custard dessert at our table which was just made as the jelly was still liquid. We were also served "a complementary dessert" which looked like a dessert disaster - completely unappetizing (cake/biscuit crumbs mixed with ice-cream and chocolate sauce, topped with marshmallows and crumbs of astros). The waiters lacked in provide good customer service. The price is definitely affordable however the service received is of a very poor standard and do not provide customer satisfaction.

    Hardly any food. Stale food. Waste of money. False advertisement on Facebook because your lunch buffet looks NOTHING like its been advertised. Highly disappointed.

    Very disappointed from what I saw on tick tock to what I experienced wasn't the same..waiters are all over the place . I was given an hour in which to eat and wasn't told upfront as we showed up a little late...

    Staff were excellent but the food was below par. There was not enough variety and the food itself was not very tasty.
