    I made a booking on Dineplan 9 days prior to the reservation date. On arrival the table had not been set up, the fabric of the bench seats was so filthy one didn’t feel comfortable sitting on them. It took a long time for the food to arrive and then for one of my important guests they gave her the wrong food order.

    Online Booking created, had multiple reminders when we got there notable was available. Had to wait for 20 minutes!!! But saying that the staff made a plan, we're so apologetic and they sorted it.
