The Deli uses high quality locally produced ingredients from suppliers who wholeheartedly embrace organic and sustainable farming principles, the Deli makes a visit to Hazendal one that satisfies an appetite for authentic, freshly baked goods with an emphasis on healthy eating.

Book a seat indoors, or at one of the shady al fresco tables offering fresh air and panoramic views across this historic estate. The extensive menu includes an array of seasonal plates, from healthy breakfasts to gourmet lunches. A dedicated Kids’ Menu offers a host of healthy and tasty options, with wide lawns and a secure toddler playground making the Deli the perfect destination for families.

The Deli counter displays a mouth-watering array of freshly baked goods, including pastries and artisan breads.

We are open from Monday to Sunday, 8:00 to 17:00 (Kitchen closes at 16:00 but pastries, treats and sandwiches are available until close).

For groups larger than 12 we offer a personalised concise menu, and a 12,5% gratuity applies.

Reservations are required.

We only accept payment via any credit or debit card.
Cash payments will not be available.

    Your location , service and product are all world class.We went for the wine tasting and the cencery experience after we had breakfast at the deli.Buhle was very kind and patiently explained the wine and food pairings.She was excellent. Thank you to team Hazendal. Well done.

    Our waiter was often not present when we needed him. He should have been more attentive. The food was delicious but sometimes too rich. The black lentil ragout was inedible it was so salty and over-flavoursome.

    I highly recommend the only problem was servince our food took 1 hour 28 minutes just burgers no one come abd tell us what is going on, only when i went and ask. Your burgers are so amazing taste wise
