    We usually go to the Mall of Africa branch but unfortunately they were fully booked the whole weekend.So we attempted Menlyn branch for my birthday lunch. Big mistake. We watched our mains sit on the counter for over 5 minutes. Eventually we got an employees attention to serve our food. Food arrived and our 3 orders of oxtail & mash was cold like it came out the fridge.The meat close to the bone was cold.Seafood pizza was room temperature and it didn't taste like seafood,it was oddly sweet.They put pizza back in oven to warm it up but then it came back burnt.Waitress was not attentive and nowhere in sight most of the time.The problem was mainly the food preparation and service. Manager was very apologetic. Unfortunately we will not be going back to this branch.

    I enjoyed the starters, and the dessert more, the steak was a bit dry and I really didn't like the lamb pizza but other than that I enjoyed the fine Diné experience.

    This was my first time at this restaurant, I have to say off the bet, there were big cockroaches in the outside seating area close to the kids play area. This made the entire experience bad, at some point even the waiters were afraid of them. This is very unacceptable, I'm pretty sure it's against restaurant dining rules. This situation needs to be handled asap. The food was , good not great. The tiramisu had a strong coffee taste. The waiting stuff took forever to serve us our starters and our main. It seemed that there was only 5 waiters, each waiting up to 4 tables each. There was no manager, who came and asked us how our meal was, I would have told him our experience.

Firstly I would like to confirm we have taken the cockroach issue up with Centre Management multiple times, but also jumped in and did many treatments ourselves even though that section falls under Centre Management. This is very unpleasant and I assure you we do everything in our power to win this battle. we're sorry to hear that your dessert did not meet your expectation and that the service was not up to standard. This will definitely be handled accordingly as well. This as also taken up with management. We would like to invite you back and change your bad experience into one you deserve hope to see you soon for a second chance.
