    There are not enough superlatives to describe this amazing restaurant. You simply must experience it for yourself. Phenomenal, attentive, friendly service. The food is, for us, the finest in Johannesburg. You certainly will not have better freshly-made pasta elsewhere. And pasta is just the start. Cocktails are amazing too. They are just on another level, even when it comes to simpler meals. We will always, always support this fine establishment. Well done, as always, to the Café del Sol team, and for making my brother's visit so special.

    I was looking for fine dining experience , did not meet my expectations. The reviews I read said that this is as Italian as you can get with quality. The panna cotta we ordered was served in a glass jar , Panna cotta should be served on a plate and should have a 'wobble" this was just a creamy desert , not authentic. The seating and chairs also does not add to a sophisticated ambiance. But I did enjoy my meal and would g back for that.
