    I am very disappointed with this company, my reservation was only cancelled at 22h00 at night , while my birthday was on the following day … That was my plan on celebrating my birthday… and up until now , I am still waiting for my refund

    We did not get to experience the bus cuisine as they had mechanical issues and we could not move our dates out to when they planned to be up and running again due to our anniversary being on the 2nd of March. They did make contact with us prior and offered a full refund which we are waiting on to be processed. When we are back in the latter part of the year then we hope all will be up and running and we able to hopefully get to experience the bus cuisine then.

    If it wasn't for the exceptional staff and lovely wine, I peoba my wouldn't return. We were still starving after spending R3300 for lunch for two people. The staff and scenery was just exceptional, and their wine selection was top notch! If they can increase their portion sizes and stick to plating up what it says on the menu, id be willing to try it again.

    Reserved for 5 people and immediately realised I should have reserved for 4. Contacted bus cuisine by email as phone number does not work. No reply to email. This was 3 weeks before our dining experience. Spoke with staff of site who promised to contact owner and provide a working phone number. Never received the information. Could not make changes on Dine Plan as the box was greyed out. Disappointed

    Cancelled half an hour before we were supposed to arrive. My husband booked a hotel and this dinner experience for my birthday - completely ruined. Spent my evening sitting in a car in traffic because they couldn't inform us they are unable to serve us in a timely manner. The hotel we booked so we didn't have to drive all the way home to somerset west after dinner was 6k the dinner on the bus for 2 3k. That'd a significant investment and for NOTHING!
