    The waiter who served myself and my wife treated us so bad that I can never refer and one to this establishment. At first when I came into the restaurant, the Kay who welcomed us was so great. I made a booking, but when I came the inside reservation was taken. This was explained to me why this was so. Then they organized us a table. This far everything was great. Then came Spha. He came and took our meanue. I asked for lamb and my wife asked for Tbone stake. He brought Tbone steak. And my order was not there. When I asked what happened he said he thought we were going to share the Tbone steak. I then asked him to take my wife's Tbone and keep it warm, then place the order for lamb. When my food came it was cold and without sides. I did not make a big deal out of this at this stage. We eat and finished. Ask for additional drinks. Asked for teethpicks. He took long to bring these and said he forgot. I then asked him to bring us the bill. He took forever to bring the bill. I then gave him a tip and put in the total. He left saying he was going to fetch the machine. Went forever. I then asked Ayanda Dlamini to help ask Spha bring us the machine so we can pay and leave. He said he had forgotten about us again. What I observed is this. Spha seemed to be more focused on the table that had more people and mostly were drinking. He did not care about us. To him we were not important. I did not feel like I was there to relax and have a nice mean. I did not enjoy myself. And my wife was disappointed that we went to a place that did not values us as customers.

    Had the worst experience ever. I’m never going there again. I was made to go sit outside because i was not part of the valentines package but the Indian couple was let in even though it was also not part of the valentines package.
