    The service was terrible. The lady who escorted us to our table just sat us down, said nothing, and disappeared without even greeting us. She didn't explain how the menu worked; we had to figure it out ourselves after waiting a couple of minutes for someone to attend to us. We ended up calling a waiter who was passing by for service. Drinks took time to arrive, and the starter came with the food; it was just a horrible experience. The starter was nice, but the main meal was terrible. There was no seasoning whatsoever on any of the meals we ordered—all three of us. We then changed tables, thinking we would give it another try. We got another lady, Primrose, whose attitude was on another level: no smile, no greetings, and she was unwilling to help; it was like we were forcing her to help us. Then she had the audacity to ask for a 10% tip with such terrible service after we had already paid another 10% on the other bill. It was just not worth the money; it ruined my day, and I will never visit that place again. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Terrible experience.

    Absolutely enjoyed everything about this restaurant. Although the service was a bit slow in terms of food delivery, the waitress was attentive and the food was spectacular. 10/10.
