    Bowl'd pleasantly surprised me. My husband and I went out for date night on Monday and tried their couple special. This was incredible value for money and the food was delicious! What really stood out was the impeccable customer service. We were greeted warmly when we arrived and thereafter Connie took care of our needs. She was amazing! Her customer service skills has to be given credit. She knew the menu at the back of her hand, recommended the best dishes and it turned out to be that which she advised. She was polite, checked up on us frequently and made the overall experience wonderful. It was my husband's birthday and she brought him a complimentary piece of cake and dessert at the end of the evening to top it off. Thank you Connie for your hospitality. We will certainly be back at Bowl'd
