    I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Bobos. The level of unprofessionalism from both the waitstaff and kitchen staff was unacceptable. Staff were loudly congregating near the bathroom passage, clapping and creating a scene while the manager stood by and did nothing. This is completely inappropriate for a supposed high-standard restaurant. The kitchen staff were just as disruptive—talking loudly, drinking, touching their hairnets and noses, and even eating in the cooking area. This is not only unhygienic but outright unacceptable in any establishment that serves food. Our waiter’s service was careless and unrefined. He stretched over guests to clear the table, left menus behind after orders were placed, failed to clear empty tins, and, to top it off, placed the bill in front of my client instead of handing it to me. Basic service etiquette seems to be lacking entirely. Bobos used to be a pleasant experience, but my last two visits have been anything but. If this is the new standard, I won’t be returning, and I certainly won’t be recommending it to others. I strongly suggest immediate action be taken to restore the quality and professionalism that this restaurant was once known for. I expect a response on how this will be addressed. Sincerely,

    We had a lovely supper, it's part of the kove collection so wine always more expensive than elsewhere, which is a bit of a shame, as everything else was great. Lloyd was an expceptional waiter.
