Would love to enjoy fresh outdoors and have a meal without people smoking at table next to us. Had to move indoors.

I have had a pleasure of dinning at the establishment for a little while. My last experience left me doubting if I'll come back. 1. I found the place extremely noisy from younger patrons enjoying various birthday celebrations. It appears the restaurant does has not installed noise absorbers - a shame indeed. 2. The staff was nice, however, the table did nor have, side plates (for bread), napkins and the flower deco was vile - water had not been freshened (looked brown and slimy). 3. Others in my party enjoyed their food but I was the unfortunate one. I ordered duck, the breast came quite rare and unseasoned. The food was a little cold. I've had duck here before but this time it was disappointing. The potato gratin looked like it had been cooked early in the day and perhaps simply warmed up for my plate - quite unappealing. Lastly, I could forgive the food cause others enjoyed it, but the noise from the younger patrons, was quite unbearable and the experience rather unfortunate.
