The brother-in-Law duo of Sheldon and Kipper, embracing the tradition and value system for generous service and exquisite food, will be your future hosts.

Chef Sheldon after qualifying from TCA went on to complete his B.Comm in marketing. A stint on the yachts in Italy as a private chef, fine-tuned his love and passions for quality Italian food. His passion for food and hospitality is plated for your enjoyment.

A larger than life Kipper, qualified as a field guide and teacher will share his knowledge and passion of nature with you. From nature guiding in South Africa, to Kung Fu School and Forrest school teaching in China. Kipper ensures a pleasant atmosphere and generous service with exquisite food.

    The pasta was dry and dissapointing. Of the four dishes around the table, tjree of them wa extremely dry. The bruscheta at R95 a plate is adisgrace and speaks of greed and stingyness and in no way represents Italian hospitality and culture. Two small pieces of bread, looking lost on the plate represents everything that Italian generosity. At R80 per bottle for corkage fee, Asta la Pasta has one of the most expensive corkage fees in Stellenbosch.
