Alma redefines the traditional meat dining experience, stepping away from the conventional by offering something truly unique and contemporary. We specialize in the art of flame cooking. Our crafted cuisine is deeply rooted in the mastery of open flame techniques.


Our menu is made of two parts, a gourmet small plates section designed for sharing, encouraging guests to come together and connect their souls over food. The second part covers specialty reef meats and prime cut red meats, creating a dining experience that is both elegant and approachable.

We are inspired by a global palette of ingredients and recipes, bringing together flavours from around the world in a harmonious and sophisticated manner.

    Had an incredible experience at Alma over the weekend. We had the Aubergine starter and shared the steak Florentine and both were exceptional. The service was equally impressive. We will definitely be back very soon. Thank you to Tyler and the Alma team for looking after us.

    An outstanding experience. From the service to the food, it was all superb. The beef carpaccio is standout, as are the steak dishes (there were 3 of us and we each had different cuts of steak and all were excellent). The chocolate mousse was creamy, fluffy and light- not overly sweet or heavy. We will be back.

    Incredible experience at Alma. Delicious food and great ambiance. We ate the tuna tacos, chicken wings, T-bone and salmon, all of which was delicious!

    Date night and time to relax played out perfectly. The welcoming at the door to the great service by Romeo made for a relaxed evening. I love a menu that fits on one page especially when it is as well executed as Alma’s. We can recommend the Aubergine starter highly. For mains the T-bone was perfect to share. A small mishap caused the starter to be served with mains but we loved the pairing! We opted to take a special bottle of wine, but the wine list does look interesting with good choices.
