What better way to enjoy summer in the Cape Winelands than to relax in the shade of old oak trees with a picnic at Allee Bleue.
A walled grassy garden, with views of our vineyards and the majestic Drakenstein Mountains in the background all, combine to make the perfect picnic spot.
A Picnic basket, served at a garden table under an ancient oak tree or a Picnic-on-the-go hamper, to be enjoyed on the lawns of the beautifully manicured gardens, is the perfect setting for a lazy day in the Cape Winelands.
A jungle gym, jumping castle, and sandpit will keep children amused for hours while you enjoy a leisurely lunch under the trees. Kiddies Menu also available.

    Very slow service, not accommodating initially to swap the wine that was included but at end did agree thank fully. Cornered off area for picnic instead of more secluded area on property.

    It was the most pleasant experience celebrating my husband's 50th birthday with an intimate picnic. The staff was professional and so friendly. They made the experience even more pleasant. The food was delicious and we couldn't finish. Looking forward to returning next month and bringing friends along.

    Had both normal & vegetarian baskets. Both delicious & good portion sizes. Staff helpful, well informed & good sense of humor. Relaxing ambience. Comfortable table & chairs (91 yr old guest incl), as well as set up blanket with bean bags- real comfy. Would def return. Maybe dessert could be reconsidered. Meal was really good, but cupcake was a little unimpressive. Very relaxing afternoon, thank you .
