With a specialised menu designed for each meal of the day – breakfast, lunch and dinner, Zest isn’t a one-time visit kind of place; rather, it’s somewhere you’ll come back to time and again until it feels like home.

The wood-fired grill at Zest is the highlight of the kitchen. Chef Pavel believes that fresh is best and less is more. He believes that ingredient sourcing is most important, offering the best quality.

    I could not fault a thing! Agnes our Waitron, was absolutely wonderful, courteous and professional. All that we ate was superb, as was our wine. Ambiance really beautiful

    Amazing Salmon! We were a group of seven and the six of us choose the salmon which was cooked to perfection. The wine, Fat Bastard that was recommended was a great match. Also a plus that the resturant were able to reschedule our time the same day. Much appreciated to arrive earlier since we were tired after a 20 hour long flight. However, we only wished that our waiter didn’t was in such a rush. Always running around, taking very fast and gave a very stressful expression. He served the wine a couple a minutes after we got our mains and he took away our plates and glasses even though some of us wasn’t finished which makes us feel that we were not welcome. The siting was just below 1,5 h. To summarize, I would absolutely recommend Zest for a night out with families and friends. To also make a reservation outside to be able to spot the sunset if lucky.

    This was our first visit to Zac as we Town and we were recommended to go to Zest by a number of people who know Cape Town well. We were very impressed with the quality and selection range of the food and friendly service.
