    So the person who saw to my guest /clients was a bit disappointing in her service. She came explained and was done. Never came back to check up to see how the guest liked the wine or talk about it. At the end they got up and went inside to buy a bottle paid and left. They them selves were disappointed as we went the day before to another as winery where there service was wonderfull. Ps I have been to water Ford before and had good service ...but yesterday wad disappointing

    A disabled toilet would be an advantage

    We fully enjoyed our Estate Tasting and a wonderful platter. The wines were all very good and the platter full of fine nibbles. We fully recommend Waterford.

    Five stars all the way! A fine setting for a memorable, pleasurable wine tasting experience. Lunch was delicious too.

    We had an amazing experience and great, friendly and enthusiastic service from Carla. She sets a great standard which all tasting room and restaurant staff can aspire to. We look forward to visit again soon. The food was also amazing as well as the chocolate and wine pairing for dessert.

    Absolutely one of the best! Did not expect anything remotely close to what we received. They handled our group of 30 with ease. Our Spanish partners were very impressed. Thank you. SA is right at the top competing with Europe, and we are south proud.
