    I will start by saying that Thobeka was absolutely amazing, attentive, friendly and kind. The hotel is beautiful, the high-tea was absolutely delicious. From the get go this experience was amazing and they made an effort to help us celebrate our friends special moment. Will definitely go back.

    I took my partner out for breakfast yesterday. There was confusion at the entrance when the ladies sat us down at the wrong restaurant and given a menu although I had shown them that I made a booking and payment on line for the buffet. After I spoke to the waitress I explained that I had paid over R1000 for the breakfast and told me that the people at reception who made the booking made a mistake. We were then led downstairs. The ladies at the door stopped us again and told us we were at the wrong restaurant and that we must go back up. But then the lady who had walked us down explained the error and they let us in. Would recommend a friendlier team of ladies to be placed by the entrance of the buffet restaurant. Once we were escorted inside we had a really lovely brunch. We were assisted by Asanda who was an absolute star! Super friendly, efficient and professional! Thanks to Asanda and her amazing spirit and service we spent a good and long period there. Over all I really enjoyed my time there and can't wait to be back.
