    We attended Verdicchio for our Wedding Anniversary and booked the La Dolce Vita set menu. For Starters, we both had the Muscles. Absolutely stunning, they were so flavorful. For Mains, I had the Mediterranean pasta. That was disappointing, it had no flavor whatsoever. It was just pasta with the Olives, Tomato and Haloumi with olive oil throw over for taste. My wife had the Fillet with veg. The veggies had so much Amazing until you got to the Steak. That too was disappointing, there was no imagination to the steak, it was slapped on the grill and added to the plate when done. There was supposed be a garlic butter added to the steak which did no happen, so overall it was not enjoyable. Desert, I had the Pistacchio Tiramisu which was really nice, I could have eaten 2 off them they were so good. My wife had the Limoncello tart which she thoroughly enjoyed, just the right amount of sweetness with the lemon tang. The overall experience was nice, Dali the manager who served us was vey helpful, friendly & well spoken. He knew the menu well as well as the drinks menu. Tables were cleared nicely after you had finished your meal, he then still gave us a surprise desert for the celebration which was just that added touch of class that you are looking for in a restaurant of that caliber. The evening was busy and they did have a big party in the cellar which I think added pressure in the kitchen, but I felt that if reservations are being made then they should get extra help where needed. I gave a 3/5 stars as we did expect more from the main meal, especially after such a nice starter. Had it been more a festival of flavor, I would have given the value a 5 star rating.

    We have been coming to Verdicchio for over 10 years, and it has always been our favourite restaurant. Unfortunately, after our most recent visit, I doubt we’ll be returning. We had a 7 PM booking, and while our waiter took our order within 20 minutes of sitting down, we only received our main course two hours later. When we addressed this with the manager, we were given the excuse that a big party downstairs had left them understaffed. That may explain the delay, but it certainly doesn’t excuse the stale seafood we were served. To make matters worse, the portion sizes were disappointingly small, and the prices were shockingly high for the quality of food we received. After reading recent reviews, it’s clear we’re not the only ones who have noticed how much this restaurant has declined. Sadly, Verdicchio is no longer the place it used to be.

    It was a special day for us however it was ruined by the people whom were there for their birthdays. We were served great food, but it is difficult to relate if there is extreme noise just behind us. It took away the ambience,class and elegency. They were mocking "us" for eating fine dining. I wish the restaurant can give us another experience for us to fully enjoy. I did not expect what I experienced.it was for my wife's 35th birthday and as the age allows, I thought I will give her the great experience of class paired with great food and wine.i did not get that full experience.

    Good food, great wine pairing and great service. Dessert was the only course that was not up to standard but all the other courses were very tasty and paired well with the wines served. Lovely location and a pleasant experience despite the very loud birthday celebration party that was seated in the wine cellar although they were not part of the wine pairing evening. Good background music would rather have contributed to a pleasant ambiance! Would recommend this to anyone looking for a good night out.
