    Another excellent evening with the Tsala Team. The food is top top , as is the service. A lovely setting with the flavour of a bush safari lodge. We have tried all the menu between our group and all were superbly presented and skilfully matched with sauces and garnish from tuna to ostrich and giant prawns.

    We liked the seared Tuna and the ostrich loin for lunch very much. Also the amuse gueule etc. were delicious. Dr. Jochen & Birgitt P.

    This was hands down one of the best meals i have ever had. Chef Etienne has made some really great dishes - the dukkah crusted fillet was the best fillet i have ever eaten, and I have eaten many steaks in my day. The ambiance of the restaurant and lodge as a whole is really special and the service was unparalleled, really a great experience.
