    We had made a reservation for our anniversary, we walked in and were seated by the waiter. We ordered our drinks, but unfortunately we had a 20 minute wait for a Coke and a rooibos in an almost empty restaurant. During our wait we got to experience the great music the restaurant had chosen.. unfortunately neither my fiancé or I like the DJs choice deep house at 19:00 in the evening at full volume. Having been to tigers milk in the past we are familiar with the standard in which the franchise operates and so we had expected a wonderful evening. We eventually decided this was not for us and left before the waiter had the drinks on the table. We will not be back and very disappointed in our experience.

    I loved the fact that your staff member went an extra mile for my family member by notifying her that she needs to attend to something urgent. That for me is proper customer care and will definitely be coming back soon and referring my other friends as well.

    The food was good and the vibes were amazing. The drinks however were not good and the service was even worse. The waitress forgot to place my order more than once and was extremely slow to attend to the table

    The only problem was the ladies toilets they were not flushing and they were leaking
