Your Hosts - Matteo Santini & Maurizio Carlo. These Two where born and raised in Italy. Matteo In the Beautiful Bolognia and Maurizio in Fiery Florence. They have both Traveled the world for the past 10 years and Finally decided to Settle in our beautiful Cape Town. Together have taken over THE WOODLANDS EATERY as of the 01 June 2017.

They strive to incorporate authentic Italian cuisine combined with the delicious existing local flavors. We welcome you into their home and hope that you enjoy and feel part of the famiglia

    We have eaten here before and returned as it was so good. Possibly the best pizza we have had anywhere (including Italy!). Highly recommended.

    Food was very good if a little pricey. But good variety. Service excellent.

    The starter arrived fine, but our mains took over an hour. I actually think they forgot them, you could see them stressing. We got offered a lemoncello at end, no thanks, that won't bring us back.
