ALL DAY DINING AND DRINKS ON THE SIXTH FLOOR

The sixth floor of The Silo Hotel is home to the Granary Café and The Willaston Bar. It's a vibrant space where guests can enjoy lunch, a light snack, Royal Tea, dinner or drinks. During the day, the sixth floor of The Silo Hotel offers one diverse menu that includes bar snacks, small plates, salads, burgers, sweet treats and more substantial dishes ideal for lunch or a light dinner. This menu can be enjoyed in the Willaston Bar until 9.30pm or in the Granary Café until 5pm.

The Granary Café is a contemporary brasserie-style restaurant where uninterrupted views of the Mother City from the harbour to Table Mountain accompany every dish. Executive Chef Veronica Canha-Hibbert’s menu offers good, honest and approachable food with a modern twist.

    We wanted to come for a few cocktails before a dinner reservation elsewhere. It was a beautiful setting. We arrived at 8pm so it was already dark but still a great view out of the windows. We both had two cocktails each and they were all amazing. Will definitely return.

    What a special evening in the most magnificent location to celebrate life. The Willaston Bar has the most spectacular view, and when layered with outstanding hospitality and delicious food coupled with sublime wines - the result is priceless. Thank you so much, Ali McCutcheon.

    Sadly we were disappointed in our visit. Primarily because I specifically asked whether you cater for coeliacs. You replied that you did. On the night no alternatives were available, we simply had to make do with a much reduced menu. If he had been vegetarian we would really have struggled. In future rather than reassuring people that you do cater, I suggest you acknowledge that your ability is very limited.
