We would like to inform you of roadworks currently affecting several key roads leading to Boschendal, including:
Paarl Main Road (R101)
Klapmuts/Simondium Road (exit from the N1)
Simondium Road (R45) right at the turnoff to Boschendal
If you're traveling from Cape Town, the roadworks may cause delays of up to 1 hour. Please take this into consideration when planning your visit, whether for an event or a reservation.

Positioned in the beautifully revamped original cellar of the Manor House is where you’ll find our Werf Restaurant. This unique dining establishment focuses on presenting contemporary soil-to-fork cuisine using only the best available local, seasonal, and ethically sourced ingredients.

Our sharing plate menu features produce from the farm and our Werf Food Garden, the bright, lively colours of which are visible from the conservatory.

Diners can look forward to signature dishes such as our Black Angus beef, Forest Reared Duroc pork, and freshly picked herbs and vegetables.

We require a deposit of R150p/p to secure your booking.
Full pre-payment is required upon booking our Sunday Sharing Lunch specifically.
Please be aware that 10% gratuity will be automatically included in the final bill for groups of 8 or more guests.

    The staff was very nice. But in total, we wouldn't recommend comming here. Er weren't satisfied with the Food, and the whole ambient vibe was hectic. Unfortunately, not the best experience.

    I had the 600g sirloin steak cooked on the bone it was huge but & not to spoil the experience I ate only half of it & took the rest home. I can hand on heart say it was one my top 3 best meat experiences of my life - it was exceptionally well cooked and just melted away in your mouth. I complimented the chef more than once & my family and friends were left in no doubt how much I've enjoyed it. I had the watermelon salad with the meat but the meat didn't need anything else it was perfect. I highly recommend the steak but a word of warning - make sure you are hungry.

    The signature dish we went for was sold out already. Even so with a fairy empty restaurant. Food was average.
