    I did not enjoy my experience, the booking was a disaster, asked about prices for kids high never got a straight answer, my sister enquired and got shpearded around until they said no price difference. Then 1 hr before getting to the venue I got a call asking if there's a child and will she be earing from the kids menu. The service , booking and hists need to community each other. It was also my birthday not a single form or booking or host asked me if it was a special occasion. I mentioned it severa times over the high tea and was never even wished a poor experience compared to other upper-class establishments. You have a long way to go.
