    Had a beautiful meal at The Taste at Manley with friends and family! The food was spectacular! Really enjoyed the Trio of starters - a bit of a taste test of some of the delicious starters on the menu. The ambience and service are always awesome. Definitely worth a drive out but book - it's popular!

    We were warmly welcomed by a friendly hostess and seated outside, where we enjoyed a stunning view of the mountains. Our waiter was attentive, engaging, and always available when needed. When my son requested a plain burger, they accommodated his request without hesitation. The food was delicious, with generous portions. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and I would highly recommend this spot.

    Wow, beautiful food and wine, phantastic atmosphere, amazing staff! I can highly recommend this place, my favorite restaurant in Tulbagh! We will be back!

    The ambience of the outside terrace was somewhat marred by loud guffawing from the next table, but overall it was a pleasant space for a meal. The fairly concise menu had some vegetarian options which was welcome. Unfortunately, the two spring roll starters - one vegetarian, the other bobotie - created some confusion, and one had to be returned for replacement with the intended vegetarian variety. Annoying, the main courses then arrived ahead of the new starter, so that had to be cancelled. An ostrich dish was rated highly, but my kingklip with couscous was bland and uninspired.

We're glad you enjoyed the ambience of our terrace, though we're sorry to hear that external noise affected your experience however we are often a full and busy restaurant one cannot control guests coming however if you required a better table inside that was quieter we would have been happy to move your table for you. We appreciate your comments on our menu selection and are pleased that our vegetarian options were welcomed, our menu has changed and our new one has launched today.
