    It was such a pleasure to be at Beverly Hills hotel after such a long time! The food was delicious and the service was excellent as it used to be. I will definitely go back.

    From the moment we walked into the hotel for our birthday celebration, we were treated with nothing but warmth and exceptional service. Snethemba, our waitress, was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and full of positive energy. She made sure we were comfortable, explained the buffet setup clearly, and constantly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Her service was not only professional but also genuinely kind, which made a big difference. There was also a gentleman who I believe was the manager on duty. He came by with a friendly smile to wish us well and made sure everything was going smoothly. His presence and attention to detail made us feel truly valued as guests. And another lovely lady with cutted hair and a slightly darker complexion also stood out. She was warm, approachable, and played a quiet but impactful role in making the atmosphere welcoming and festive. Together, the team created such a positive and memorable experience. Their hospitality made the birthday celebration extra special, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this place to others.

    We had a lovely birthday dinner for 2. It was very nice. Everything is top notch. Thank you for the roses and the cake. My lady really appreciated all that!

    It was the Mad Hatter Tea party themed high tea, everything was absolutely delicious. The decor was impeccable. The Sugar Club never disappoints. Thank you for an amazing experience

    I would love the thank The Sugar club team and manager for making my Grandad day super special.We loved everything from the food ,ambiance and service.The cherry on top was that we didn’t have to break the bank to get such top class service.

    I woukd have thought on special occasions we would have been made to feel special. It was our 45th wedding anniversary. A balloon with Happy anniversary was at our table and that was it.. Otherwise, an absolutely lovely afternoon.
