    I highly recommend The Sanctuary Restaurant! Our dining experience was truly exceptional. The food was outstanding - 10/10! The ambiance is stunning, with a beautifully designed space that's aesthetically pleasing. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. They even kept our kids occupied, which was a lovely touch! We were consistently checked on to ensure our satisfaction, and the staff's attention to detail was impressive. I'll definitely be back!

    Good morning. I booked for an event by the Sanctuary Restaurant. Prior to doing so , I was literally sent from pillar to post when I contacted the hotel telephonically. After getting through to management I was assisted by a now, ex employee of the hotel who had ensured that all was set for the event. However, to my surprise i was informed that the individual was no longer working at this establishment which meant that I needed to once again, struggle to get in contact with management. After many attempts , it was confirmed that my reservation was secured. One the day of the event, 18.01.2025 - we were met with poor service , a manager that was adamant in relaying the message that our guests should not make a noise and should consider the rest. However, this individual failed to rectify the actions of another events guests that took place only a stone throw away. The Sanctuary Hotel needs to work on the way in which business is conducted with clients who have made reservations in advance. Along with, the way in which planning is done. Thank you.

    It is a lovely venue and the service staff was wonderful, little slow with drinks, but food, bill etc was perfect. We had a salad starter, it was a warm day, a cold soup would have been great, the mains was a wintertime dream, so we opted for a pasta each, both were good. The wine list is my usual bugbear in most restaurants and the concept of having Chardonnay on the menu with none wooded escapes me, we did however discover a wonderful Vigonier from Bruce Jack. We will be back, definitely in winter for that menu but even for a salad and Vigonier

    Really enjoyed our evening at The Sanctuary with jazz playing in the background. Will definitely come again and recommend it. Only snag was when we ordered an item on the starter menu and it was no longer available
