    Good day I hosted my daughter's birthday on Saturday the 18th. When we arrived, the tables were set up for the kids, but each kid's table was dirty with food stains and i had to request them to be cleaned and I was the first to have a party for the day. Adult catering was due to come at 12 it came out in drips and drabs from 12:40 with the juices being put down in the sun last which was after 13:10 with no glasses. I had to request glasses and plates, spoons for the cake and the catering and then wait another 10 minutes or so 2for things to come and this had to be provided by the hotel. I had to ask the waiter to bring ice since the juices came at end of party and was just placed on table in the sun. The food was long eaten by time the juices came. I was also not told there is no jumping castle anymore. Kids food came out 12 40. no tomatoe sauce we waited 20 minutes for sauce. The chicken strips and chips it was very nice a good portion aswell. The slushy i also requested with the meal which came after one only when i told them the kids didnt get the drink with their food it was not really slushy either. The lifeguard was present, but the one waiter had to be told what to do all time even though I confirmed everything with the manager who I count find and had to go look for another guy to ask when the orders is coming as this was finalized 2 weeks prior to the event. My guests started ordering their own drinks too because the catering didn't come out as scheduled. The doughnuts were lovely, the fruit sticks for adults were kiddie sizes and I specified it was for adults when I requested the quote. basically, I had to stand around asking for this and that never got to interact with my guests because nothing happened as it was scheduled One waiter for 12 kids and 33 adults is unacceptable especially when numbers and schedules was given 2 weeks prior when final payment was made.

    My family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Beautiful scenery, food was absolutely delicious, friendly staff and great service.
