Beautiful place, but don’t go there for the food. Service was fine, but it took a long time.

Great location and good service. Unfortunately the Tacos meal was inedible - salty beyond anything that could be eaten. The other meals were very good.

The restaurant itself is in a stunning location and great for a family lunch or an outing with friends. With that being said, the food is very average and not worth the price at all. It was not inedible but felt like something made quickly and could be ordered from a local café and not a high end, Camps Bay restaurant. When I arrived, my booking was also just discarded (as one waitron had my booking paper crumbled up in his hand) to accommodate bigger tables. I was then sent from pillar to post for at least 15 minutes before actually being given a table, because nobody wanted to take responsibility. As we sat there, you could see the confusion of patrons coming and also not being given tables that they booked. The manager did come around to ask if the food was okay but I felt there was no point in saying the food was below average as nothing was actually wrong with it save for the fact that it was not well executed or as tasty as the price. I’ve been wanting to attend for a while but doubt I’d be back, unless its just for drinks while in the area.
